7-Collect intellectual and scientific output for the United Arab Emirates

8-Provide library services to readers, taking into account specialty and age differences

9-Provide research services for published articles in periodicals and UAE newspapers

10-compilation and organization and maintenance of manuscripts and rare books

11-Interest in the publication of literary books and heritage and translate distinct works

12-Innovation and development of leading projects to serve the book and further spread
